Singing lessons in London
Find your voice. Build your confidence. With a vocal coach you can trust.
Tired of singing lessons that don't actually fit your voice? I tailor every lesson to your voice, your goals and your experience, in person in Soho or online.
Weekly one-to-one lessons, £350 a month.
How I teach
Singing lessons should help you understand your voice, not make you feel like you're fighting it.
There's no one-size-fits-all here. Whether you're an experienced singer, an actor preparing for a role, coming back to singing after a break, or you just want to feel more confident opening your mouth in front of people, we start with your voice as it is today.
I started singing at 17 without a naturally gifted voice, so I know what it's like to go round in circles. My job is to find what actually moves your voice forward, and explain why, so it makes sense to you.
"Easy to understand, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Coleman adjusts to what you need. The out of lesson support is great too. Recommended!"Sue, 30s, beginner · Google review

Wherever you're starting from.

You've never had a lesson and aren't sure what your voice can do yet. That's the best place to start.
Returning singers
You used to sing and stopped. We rebuild your confidence and your technique together.
Improving singers
You sing already and want more range, control and consistency.
Professional performers
Actors, musicians and singers preparing for auditions, roles and shows.
What we'll work on

We'll work out what your voice needs and why, then give you things to practise between lessons.

Questions
Singing lessons in London: what people ask.
How much are your singing lessons?
My standard coaching is £350 a month for a one-to-one lesson every week, in the studio or online. If you want faster progress, The Singing Intensive is £800 a month for 12 weeks and adds a personal plan, online Tune-Ups and check-ins five days a week.
Do I need any experience?
No. I teach complete beginners, returning singers, improving singers and professional performers. We start from wherever your voice is today.
Am I too old to start?
No. Most of the adults I coach start in their thirties, forties or fifties. I started late myself.
Can I have lessons online?
Yes. Lessons run in person at my studio in Soho, or online if that suits you better.
What's the difference between weekly lessons and The Singing Intensive?
Weekly lessons give you a focused hour and things to practise. The Singing Intensive fills the six days in between, with a 12-week plan, two short online Tune-Ups a week, check-ins five days a week and a direct line to me.
