You risk almost nothing by starting.
I ask a lot of the people I coach: every session, every check-in, no half measures. So I think it’s only fair that I carry the risk, not you.
If we’re not a fit
I review every application personally within 24 hours. If I don’t think I can help you, I’ll refund your payment in full.
Before we’ve even started.The first-session guarantee
Your first payment secures your place and covers month one. If our first session isn’t right for you, tell me and I’ll refund £700. You’ll have paid £100 for a trial, nothing more.
Tell me within 48 hours of your first session.The 12-week progress guarantee
Come to every session and check in with me five days a week. We’ll record your voice in week one and week twelve. If you can’t hear the difference, I’ll refund everything you’ve paid, minus £250 for studio hire.
Tell me within 7 days of your final session.Refunds are paid within 28 days by bank transfer or PayPal. Full conditions are in the terms below, and these guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.

1. Payments
The Singing Intensive costs £800 per month for three months (£2,400 in total). Your first payment secures your place and covers month one. Months two and three are invoiced at the start of each month.
2. Application review
I review every application within 24 hours of payment. If I decide not to accept you onto the programme, I will refund your payment in full.
3. First-session guarantee
If you decide after your first session that the programme isn't right for you, tell me in writing (by email or message) within 48 hours of that session and I will refund £700. The remaining £100 covers the first session. No further sessions or payments will follow.
4. 12-week progress guarantee
You can claim a refund of everything you have paid for the programme, minus £250 for studio hire, if all of the following apply:
a) You attended all 12 weekly studio sessions. One session may be rescheduled, as long as you gave at least 48 hours' notice or we agreed the change beforehand.
b) You checked in at least five days a week throughout the programme, by message or voice note, and replied to my messages.
c) Your voice was recorded in session in week one (session 2) and in week twelve.
d) You tell me in writing, within 7 days of your final session, that you can't hear a difference between the two recordings.
If a session is missed without 48 hours' notice (unless we agreed it beforehand), or more than one session is rescheduled, this guarantee no longer applies. This does not affect the first-session guarantee or your statutory rights.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid within 28 days of your claim, by bank transfer or PayPal, or back to the card you paid with if you prefer.
6. Your statutory rights
These guarantees are in addition to your legal rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of buying online. If you ask me to start your sessions within those 14 days and then cancel, you will pay for the sessions already provided.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to the start of each session or package. For ongoing weekly clients, invoices are issued monthly in advance. Accepted payment methods: [e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal].
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson will be charged in full. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. No-shows or late arrivals (more than 20 minutes late) will be considered a missed session and are non-refundable. Late Arrivals. Lessons will end at the scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive.If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.

Media & Recording
Lessons may be recorded (audio/video) for your personal review upon request.
